Didier Burkhalter paid tribute to memory of victims of Armenian Genocide.

YEREVAN, JUNE 4, ARMENPRESS. Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), President of the Swiss Confederation and Swiss Foreign Minister Didier Burkhalter, being on an official visit in Armenia, today visited Tsitsernakaberd memorial, laid a wreath at the memorial and flowers at the eternal flame dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide. The President of the Swiss Confederation also planted a fir in the Memory Alley of Tsitsernakaberd. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the President’s Staff, later on Didier Burkhalter will visit the Presidential Palace of the Republic of Armenia, where the official welcoming ceremony will be held, after which the negotiations of the official delegations will start.
