Another Armenian killed in Aleppo

YEREVAN, MAY 16, ARMENPRESS. On May 15 missiles fell on Sryan al Jadid district of Aleppo, resulting in the death of an Armenian. "Armenpress" was informed about this from the Information Office of Aleppo. The victim is Perch Gharagyozyan. Perch Gharagyozyan’s funeral ceremony will be held on May 17, at 11 a.m. Aleppo time, at St. Mary's church.

Earlier, on May 11, in Nor Gyugh Armenian neighborhood of Aleppo Hakob Grtanyan, who was serving in a volunteers’ group together with the Syrian army, was confirmed killed. He died in the result of the falling of an explosive made of gas bottles.

Since early May, in Aleppo more than a dozen Armenians have been injured. According to the report of the UN, during the three-year conflict in Syria, the death toll exceeds 130 thousand. The number of the killed Armenians nears 100.
