Arsen Khojayan appears in Azerbaijani side because of fog: Head of Verin Karmiraghbyur village

YEREVAN, MARCH 7, ARMENPRESS: The Head of Verin Karmiraghbyur village of Tavush province Kamo Chobanyan confirms the information that the citizen having crossed the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is their countryman. The Head of the village stated in a conversation with Armenpress that the photo spread in the media and the name-surname coincide.
“Arsen Khojayan is the eldest son of a family composed of seven sons. He had taken the animals to feed and as it has already been several days that there is heavy fog in the village, maybe he has been lost and appeared in the Azerbaijani side,” Kamo Chbanyan said. According to him, currently there is again heavy fog in the village and everybody continues to look for the young man.
The Azeri xezerxeber.az website has already published the picture of the Armenian citizen who crossed the border. He is in civilian clothes. According to the Secretary of theState Commissionon Prisoners of War,Hostagesand Missing People, he was born in 1991, his name and surname is Arsen Khojayan.
