Unregistered employees to have opportunity to restore record of service

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 12, ARMENPRESS. A group of legislators developing amendments in the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia want to regulate the labor relations and enable the unregistered employees to restore their record of service via judicial proceeding. The Deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia Fraction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, author of the draft bill Arpine Hovhannisyan stated this in a conversation with “Armenpress”.

Among other things the Deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia Fraction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, author of the draft bill Arpine Hovhannisyan underscored: “It’s not a secret that there are numerous cases, when people appear in a situation, when they are de facto employed, but there is no contract regulating the labor relations between the employer and employee. This naturally results in the negative fallout for the employees.”

In addition the Deputy from the Republican Party of Armenia Fraction of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, author of the draft bill Arpine Hovhannisyan highlighted that the draft bill is aimed at the regulation of that issue.
