Armenian chess player wins in 4th round of Gibraltar Tournament

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 5, ARMENPRESS: The member of the Armenian national chess men’s team Sergey Movsisyanwon in the fourth round of the Gibraltar Tournament. Movsisyan played with whites in the round.The opponent of the Armenian chess player was Natalya Pogonina.Krikor-Sevag Mkhitaryan, representing Brazil, lost to Lela Javakhishvili. Armen Proudian also won the opponent. Armenpress reports that Sergey Movsisyan has got 5,5 points. The leader of the Tournament Vasily Ivanchuk has got 7 points.

The Grand Masters Sergey Movsisyan, Krikor-Sevag Mkhitaryan, as well as Armen Proudian and Yerazik Khachaturian are participating in the traditional great open being held from January 28 till February 5, 2014 in Gibraltar.
