Levon Aronian to participate in Zurich Chess Challenge

YEREVAN, JANUARY 24, ARMENPRESS. The leader of the Armenian Men’s Chess Team Levon Aronian is going to participate in a super tournament to be held from January 29 till February 4, 2014 in Zurich, Switzerland. The Chess Federation of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that the rivals of Aronian will be World Champion Magnus Carlsen, Former World Champion Viswanathan Anand, Hikaru Nakamura, Fabiano Caruana and Boris Gelfand.

On the day of opening ceremony there will be held a blitz, and on the day of closing ceremony - a rapid chess tournament.
