Karabakh President handles honorary titles

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the People's artist of the Republic of Armenia Anzhela Atabekyan and Honored Artist George Minasov. The Central Information Department of the Artsakh President’s Office informed Armenpress that the President Sahakyan handled in certificates of honorary titles of the NKR Honored Art Worker to the prominent artists, noting that their work had enjoyed great respect and love in Artsakh.

The NKR minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan and other officials attended the event.
