NKR President attends memorial complex opening

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS: The President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Hatsi village of Martuni region and attended the solemn ceremony of the opening a memorial complex commemorating the martyrs of the Artsakh Liberation and the Second World Wars.

The President expressed his gratitude to all those who participated in the construction process and stressed the importance of having such memorials in honor of our martyrs perished for the sake of freedom and independence for patriotic up-bringing of the younger generation, preserving national values and historical memory.

The NKR National Assembly speaker Ashot Ghulyan and other officials attended the event.
