The Minister underscored that the right for entrance and exit to the penitentialestablishment and visiting the condemnedordefendant are quite different institutions. According to him, entrance and exit are free, as for visit there are clear procedures: in particular, the person must agree with the meeting, there should be a correspondent request, an identification document, and the decision of the head of the penitentialestablishment. “As for Shant Harutyunyan it was the decision of the investigator; in any other cases if entrance and exit of the deputy to prison is forbidden, I will take correspondent measures,” the Minister stated as reported by “Armenpress”.
