Karabakh President awards title of Honored Art Worker to Anzhela Atabekyan

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 6, ARMENPRESS. On 6 November the Nagorno Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on awarding the "Gratitude" medal to American philanthropist of Armenian origin Varuzhan Kyoureghyan for a number of humanitarian programs carried out in the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.

The Central Information Department of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic President’s Office informed “Armenpress” that on the same day the President signed a decree awarding the honorary title of Honored Art Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic to the famous kanoon player, lecturer of the Yerevan Komitas State Conservatory, Republic of Armenia's People's artist Anzhela Atabekyan for services shown to the Artsakh Republic in the sphere of musical art and in connection with the 75th birthday anniversary.

According to another Presidential decree for services shown to the Artsakh Republic in the sphere of musical art and in connection with the 80th birthday anniversary famous duduk player, lecturer of the Yeravan Romanos Melikyan Music College, Republic of Armenia's Honored Artist Georgy Minasov was awarded the honorary title of Honored Art Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
