Prominent military and political events of 1993

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, ARMENPRESS. September of 1993 was full of military and political events. Armenpres News Agency reports that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh held a meeting with his counterpart of Azerbaijan, Abbas Abbasov on the border of Askeran.

The negotiating parties discussed “issues on the rehabilitation regime of the railway entering the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, reoperation of the pipeline of Yevlakh -Stepanakert -Goris -Nakhichevan ,renewal of supply of irrigation water to the Azerbaijani regions bordering upon the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh.
