Serzh Sargsyan held meetings at PACE

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS:The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is in France on a working visit, on October 2 in Strasbourg met with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Jean-Claude Mignon, the CoE Secretary General Thorbjørn Jagland and the CoE Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muižnieks.

As Armenpress was reported by the Department for Mass Media and Public Relations of the Armenian President’s Office, at the conclusion of the meeting with the CoE Secretary General, the President Serzh Sargsyan and Mr. Thorbjørn Jagland summarized the results of the negotiations and responded to the questions asked by the representatives of the mass media.

Later, the President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the plenary session of PACE. He made a statement and responded to the questions raised by the members of the Assembly.
