No Armenians wounded in Damascus explosions

YEREVAN, APRIL 30, ARMENPRESS: There are no Armenians among the wounded of Damascus explosions which took place on April 29 and April 30. Armenpress was informed from our compatriot Nazaret Elmajian living in Damascus who added that explosion in Mezzeh took place near Armenian Embassy. Fortunately, the Embassy wasn’t damaged. As Elmajian informed militants were trying to blow up the car of Syrian Prime Minister Wael Nader Al-Halqi, though failed.

Referring to the victims of the bombings Elmajian noted there were no Armenians among them.

In accordance with UN data death toll of Syrian conflict reaches 70, 000 people.
