Explosions in Aleppo wounded two Armenians

YEREVAN, APRIL 30, ARMENPRESS: In the result of the explosions in the Christian and Armenian-populated districts of Aleppo on April 29 two Armenians were wounded. This was reported to Armenpress by the Press Secretary of the National Primacy of Aleppo Zhirayr Reyisyan, adding that nine explosions occurred in the districts populated with Armenians, in the result of which the districts were caused material damages. According to Reyisyan, the explosions took the lives of four people and twenty people were wounded. On April 29 in the evening the situation in the districts was calmer.

Concerning the situation in Aleppo for today, the Press Secretary of the National Primacy of Aleppo Zhirayr Reyisyan informed that the situation is comparatively quieter, though the available problems remain unsolved.

Since March 15 2011 in the result of the collisions in Syria, according to UN data, the number of victims exceeds 70,000, including four tens of Armenians.
