Notarial Chamber introduces electronic system to ease documental activities of citizens

YEREVAN, APRIL 29, ARMENPRESS: The Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Armenia will introduce an electronic management system by autumn aiming to reduce the necessity to get additional documents from other bodies during transactions. Armenpress was informed about it by the member of the Notarial Chamber Marine Manukyan.“With the online system the citizens will be free of the obligation to submit additional documents from other bodies and of turnover of false documents as well”, - said Marine Manukyan.
The member of the Notarial Chamber stated that by the introduction of the electronic system, the notary will have a full connection with the State Register of Legal Entities, State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre, Immovable Property Cadastre, Police and civil authorities. A database of credentials, testaments and other internal acts will be established. “The database of credentials has already been introduced in three of the Yerevan offices”, - stated the member of the Notarial Chamber Marine Manukyan.
The Notarial Chamber of the Republic of Armenia has launched its activities since 2004. In 2012 the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia submitted the electronic system introduction concept in the Notarial Chamber to the Government, which lately was approved.
