Armenian army is always armed with new and modern weaponry

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 11, ARMENPRESS. Armenian army is always armed with new weaponry and unlike others does not always declare that. As Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan mentioned in a conversation with "Armenpress" Armenian army is always supplied with new and modern military equipment including antitank, missile and non missile weapons. Hovahannisyan said: "Each acquisition of this kind stimulates the elevation of fighting spirit of our army". He stressed that combat readiness of the Armenian army is very high and our army can repel aggression of the enemy any time.

In accordance with the schedule of combat readiness of Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia military manoeuvres of the strategic command headquarters continue and pilotless vehicle and new antitank weapons of antitank units, aimed for liquidation of weaponry of active defence of the rival were tested. The goal of these military manoeuvres is testing the realization of military agenda and deployment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, correction and study of the potential of mobilization bodies and resources, harmony in activities of the headquarters.
