''Azerbaijani Government actions do not cause surprise. This is unbalanced manifestation of anti Armenian stance cherished for ages. Let us remember Sumgait, massacre of Armenians orchestrated in Baku and ''martyr Park'' immortalizing the memory of slaughterers. Anti Armenian atmosphere prevailing in Azerbaijan sank into oblivion all borders of morality. The decree granting pardon to the killer is the best evidence of all the arguments for Kharabakh residents longing for independence. By the way if it will turn out that from Hungarian side response that Azerbaijan in real managed to cheat official Budapest and there was no criminal agreement, so NKR recognition will be the most appropriate step to be undertaken in that context''.
