Armenian Government to increase its share in ''ArmRusGazard'' statutory capital

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS: Armenian Government will undertake measures aimed at increasing the share of the Republic of Armenia in ''ArmRusGazrad'' company’s statutory capital. As Armenpress reports citing Government’s official web site, the issue is included in the agenda of Executive’s September 6 session . Within the framework of the events gas distribution pipelines of Shirak, Lori, Tavush and Syunik Provinces , worth overall 139 million 446.5 thousand AMD built by various projects, are schedule to be donated to the Republic of Armenia in accordance with to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the name of Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.Gas pipelines as the property of the Republic, will be invested in ''ArmRusGazard'' statutory capital and reportedly additional shares will be released. 80 percent of ''ArmRusGazard'' is owned by Russian ''Gazprom'' OJSC company, 20 percent by Armenia’s Government in the name of Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
