The Armenian Olympic team is in the 49th place

Yerevan, August 9, ARMENPRESS: The Armenian Olympic participants are in the 49th place with one silver and two bronze medals in the London Olympic Games non-official accounts. The Georgian athletes are in the 35th place with one golden, silver and bronze award, the Azerbaijani athletes are in the 45th place with 2 silver and bronze medals.

The Chinese continue to be in the first place who won 36 golden, 23 silver and 19 bronze, totally 78 medals. The 2nd place are the Americans with 35 golden, 2 silver and 25 bronze totally 83medals. The Great Britain is in the 3rd place with 24 golden, 13 silver and 14 bronze, totally 51 medals. The 4th place is occupied by the South Koreans, 5th by the Russian athletes.

67 countries’ athletes from 204 participating in the Olympic Games countries won Olympic medals.
