YEREVAN, JULY 17, ARMENPRESS: The news on the move of Armenian Embassy from Syria does not correspond to the reality.
At the course of eth briefing with Armenpress, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan came forth with the statement.The location of our Embassy is relatively quiet and it operates by its daily routine. No discussions on the evacuation of the Embassy were held ’’ Balayan stated.
There were some news speculated in the social networks on the move of Armenian Embassy as a result of continuing unrest in Syria.
As Armenpress reported earlier, citing Euronewsthe latest wave of violence, which started on Sunday, is being described as the worst to hit the Damascus since the uprising against president Bashar al-Assad began.
