Newly appointed Ambassador of Iran presented his credentials to Armenian President

YEREVAN, JUNE 29, ARMENPRESS: Iran's newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia, Mohammad Reisi presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on June 29.

President's press office informed Armenpress the President congratulated the Ambassador Reisi on the occasion of starting his diplomatic mission in our country and expressed hope in the term of the office he will invest maximum efforts to strengthen the Armenian-Iranian friendly relations and deepen the cooperation pertaining to various fields.

Mohammad Reisi stated Iran attaches importance to relations with Armenia and assured that he will promote to the strengthening of already established friendly relations.President Sargsyan and Ambassador Reisi discussed the issue on bilateral political, economic, cultural cooperation and regional development.
