Serzh Sargsyan bid farewell to Austrian President

YEREVAN, JUNE 27, ARMENPRESS: In the residence of the President of Armenia on June 27 took place the farewell ceremony of the President of Austria Heinz Fischer who is in Armenian on an official visit. Armenpress was informed from President’s press service that the presidents highly estimated the results of the negotiations which will give new stimulus to the activation of Armenian-Austrian political dialogue and development of economic cooperation. President Serzh Sargsyan also thanked Austrian President for balanced approach towards the issues of South Caucasus region.

Earlier Armenpress had informed that on the invitation of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan President of Austria Heinz Fischer with his wife Margit Fischer on June 25 arrived with official visit in Armenia. In the framework of the visit Austrian President will hold meetings with the President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, President of National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan and His HolinessKarekin IISupreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
