Spain is in the next stage

YEREVAN, JUNE 19, ARMENPRESS: In the framework in the last leg of group C in EURO 2012 were playing national football teams of Spain and Croatia. Armenpress reports that the draw would be satisfying result for both teams in this match if it began from 2:2 or higher. Such result would give opportunity to continue their performance in the next leg. Both teams began the match examining each other trying to find each other’s weakness. At the middle of the match the ball was under the control of Europe and World champions. The scenario of the second half was the same as in the first one: Spain was attacking, Croatia was defending. During one of the counterattacks only the mastery of Iker Casillas could save Spain. At the last minutes of the match Spain at least succeeded to score a goal. The author of the goal is Jesus Navas. Spanish national team gained the first place in group C.
