Yerevan, Ukrainian cities have big prospect of cooperation

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 2, ARMENPRESS: Mayor of Armenia's capital Yerevan Taron Margaryan met today with the Ukrainian ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta. Press office of the City Hall told Armenpress that the mayor highly praised Armenian-Ukrainian relations, noting that the ties acquired between Yerevan and Ukrainian cities have great prospects for expansion. The mayor also presented the main directions of development of Armenia's capital and stressed that the implementation of joint programs in the local governance sphere may be of mutual interest.

The ambassador convinced that he will convey the proposals to the state governance and business circles of Ukraine. Mayor Taron Margaryan expressed readiness to assist the Ukrainian side in the implementation of joint programs.
