USA will continue cooperation with Armenia for establishment of stability in the region

YEREVAN, JANUARY 27, ARMENPRESS: Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandyan received U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Eric Rubin. Edward Nalbandyan expressed gratification on enhancement of the Armenian-American friendly cooperation, stressing that in the recent years the progress registered in development of the relations gives wide opportunities for enhancement and expansion of the cooperation, press service of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs told Armenpress.

For his part, Eric Rubin said the USA highly appraises the partner relations with Armenia and is interested in further expansion. U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State also noted that the USA will continue the cooperation with Armenia in the fields of establishment of stability in the region, promotion of economic development and implementation of reforms.

Edward Nalbandyan and Eric Rubin also referred to regional issues, and discussed the latest developments over NK conflict settlement.
