Festal reception for MM representatives organized at Presidential Residence

On the occasion of the New Year and Christmas, President Serzh Sargsyan gave today in his residence a reception for representatives of mass media.

Presidential press service told Armenpress that Serzh Sargsyan congratulated MM representatives on the upcoming holidays, wished successes and expressed confidence that 2012 will be a year of cooperation and progress.

“In general, 2011 was a successful and productive year from the viewpoint of your work. I consider in the passing year Armenia’s mass media made a step forward on the way of providing unbiased information,” said the President in his address, pointing out the progress in the area of the activity of mass media.

Serzh Sargsyan urged all the representatives of the information field to be unbiased and impartial, realizing the importance of the political processes expected in our country in 2012.
