Documents on bilateral cooperation signed between Armenia and Georgia

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS:

President Serzh Sargsyan met with his Georgian counterpart Mikhail Saakashvili November 29 within the framework of his two-day visit to Georgia. Citing the official website of the Georgian President, Armenpress reports that the leaders of the two countries discussed a number of issues on development of energy and infrastructures. Sargsyan and Saakashvili hailed the fact of reinforcement of relations between the two countries on the inter-state levels. After the private conversation Mikhail Saakashvili presented to Serzh Sargsyan the models of a number of buildings that will soon be built in Georgia, including the building of the Georgian parliament in Kutaisi.

Afterward, a number of documents of cooperation between Armenia and Georgia were signed. Foreign Minister of Armenia and Georgia signed an agreement on cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries and Georgia's Interior Affairs Ministry and RA National Security Council signed border cooperation agreement. Besides an agreement has been signed between Armenian and Georgian sports and youth affairs ministries.
