All roads in Shirak open for traffic

GYUMRI, NOVEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS:

All the republican and inter-state roads of the Armenian region of Shirak are open for traffic. Khachik Khntsrtsyan, head of the transport and communication department of the governor's office told Armenpress that there are no closed or hardly passable roads in the province.
