32 families in Vanadzor receive apartments

VANADZOR, NOVEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS:

Today in Taron district of Vanadzor province, 32 families left homeless not in consequence of a disaster celebrated a house-warming party.

The construction works of two buildings of Taron district (No 36 and 37) were implemented in 2009-2010 by Vanadzor community, for which AMD 120 mln was extended from the community budget. The beneficiaries were to implement the internal furnishing works, but this year "To Our Homeland" and "Life Bread" NGOs expressed readiness to fund those works in the amount of AMD 60 mln. The constructors of "Pagami" LLC completed the construction works earlier than intended and 32 families received apartments in No 36 and 37 dwelling buildings.

Leader of Gugarats Diocese Bishop Sepuh Chuljyan, Vanadzor Mayor Samvel Darbinyan, and other officials attended the solemn ceremony.

Armenpress' correspondent in Lori province was informed that the Mayor's Office plans to continue the program.
