YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS:
During the coming two years no serious progress is expected in the process of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Europe Program director of the International Crisis Group Sabine Freizer stated, expressing opinion that slowing down of the negotiation process is connected with the coming elections in the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"The international community and co-chairing countries exerted all the possible efforts," Freizer stated, expressing hope that the issue will be resolved only in a peaceful way.
According to her, though the negotiation process slows down, it is necessary to continue the work toward reconciliation of civic societies of the two countries.
