Hamlet Harutyunyan: Centered, technically powerful parties to win in elections

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 13, ARMENPRESS:

Today is pre-electoral period and those forces will win who will deal with practical activity and will approach the pre-electoral phase creatively, member of the Republican party's faction Hamlet Harutyunyan told a news conference today. "Strikes are not a way to get prepared for elections", the parliamentarian noted, adding that the fight of the Armenian National Congress is of theoretical and non-practical nature. According to him, besides the Republican Party, Prosperous Armenia and ARF parties, the others have no chances to win in elections.

"The utmost voices will be given to centered, technically powerful parties which do not have inner disputes", Harutyunyan said. He said the party which is going to the elections alone is more powerful than an alliance as in the former people having new ideology have gathered.

The parliamentarian said in the coming 10 years 2-3 parties will remain in Armenia.
