Rafik Petrosyan says the ANC to soon understand the necessity of dialogue

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 12, ARMENPRESS:

The Armenian National Congress will finally understand the necessity of dialogue, member of the Republican party's faction Rafik Petrosyan told a news conference today. Referring to the demand of the ANC on conduction of snap elections, Petrosyan said that even if now the dialogue resumes the conduction of snap elections is unrealistic as in five months regular parliamentary elections will start. "Our proposal, advice will be continue the dialogue but get prepared for regular elections", the parliamentarian said.

In response to it the ANC representative Felix Khachatryan noted that they demanded snap elections previously, now they are demanding resignation of the president.

Rafik Petrosyan noted that the parliament and the head of the republic is the same team, the authority is united. "In this case you must demand the resignation of the two. Work out your agenda, otherwise one day you want one thing, the other day another thing", the Republican parliamentarian said.
