The policy of the Armenian National Congress is being formed on the basis of preconditions and it is unacceptable for the ruling coalition, NA deputy Artak Zakaryan told a news conference today, adding that the coalition is ready to have dialogue with any of the oppositional forces, but "when the interlocutor displays unconstructive working style, sitting around the table becomes senseless".
"The task group has made the statement and confirmed that it will negotiate only in case the ANC stops the row of rallies. If the negotiating party does not want to move forward and at the same time forwards new preconditions it is their strategy that will bring to "zero efficiency"," Zakaryan said, adding that without clear steps the "tent policy" will bring no result.
"No one can confirm that the ANC is the only opposition establishment. There are also other extra parliamentary forces who as well may present the viewpoint of the people. According to me, the ANC is just staging "opposition" the goal of which is to fill its rows", member of the Republican party's board said.
