Karen Bekaryan: We have no change in Armenian-Turkish relations

"We have no change in Armenian-Turkish process," political expert Karen Bekaryan said referring to recalling of the Armenian-Turkish Protocols to the Turkish parliament the other day. According to him, when the protocols were withdrawn from the parliament, Turkey explained it by technical and procedure issues. "If this was for technical reasons, then there is no change. If it was for political reasons, there is no change again – a unilateral decision was adopted, and so was recalled," the expert said, adding that Armenia has no step today: a step should be made by Turkey.
