Shavarsh Kocharyan: The mediator is appointed with agreement of parties: Turkey has applied neither to NK nor to Armenia

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS:

"The mediator is appointed with the agreement of parties. As far as I know Turkey has applied neither to Nagorno Karabakh nor to Armenia," RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan told Armenpress, commenting on Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu's statement made August 24 in New York.

To remind, Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu stated that his country is ready to support Karabakh conflict settlement. He also mentioned that Turkey is ready to be a mediator in Karabakh conflict settlement.
