Romanian ambassador says Eastern Partnership creates opportunities for South Caucasian countries

"I am here for already four years and the country's progress is very obvious", Romanian ambassador to Armenia Krina Prunariu told a news conference today. Congratulating on the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence, the ambassador voiced hope that Armenia will continue the path of independence and will pass all the trials successfully.
She said Armenia has recorded a big progress in respect of formation of civil society which will promote the reinforcement of democracy.
"One of the chief goals of the Eastern partnership is the development of the civil society", she said, pointing out that the initiative creates wide opportunities for ensuring stability in the South Caucasus.
