Khosrov Harutyunyan believes Armenia is dynamically developing state

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS:

Armenia had a number of achievements during the years of independence, leader of the Armenia's Christian-democratic party, member of the Public Council Khosrov Harutyunyan said speaking to Armenpress. The past 20 years were full of losses, mistakes, slips but one thing is obvious in the history it will be registered as a period of big achievement, the former prime minister said.

According to him, essentially the Armenian people from zero created an independent state with its institutes – constitution, army, etc.

"Could we stood back from flaws, mistakes, of course no. The humanity did not have experience of passing from totalitarian system to liberal, democratic system. We did not have such experience either which means that doing mistakes, slipping is very objective", Harutyunyan said.

The leader of the party said in spite of flaws it is necessary to move forward with the achievements.
