Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan: Azerbaijan not ready for war

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS:

"Our army has a spirit of winner", hero of the Artsakh liberation war, General-Mayor Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan – the Comandos – said at a news conference today. He noted that in case of possible war this experience will help our army. According to him, the unity of the people is necessary in the war.

"Azerbaijan is not ready for war as it is united neither in language nor in culture, besides ethnic minorities are living in Azerbaijan and fighting for their independence", Ter-Tadevosyan stressed.

He said the greatest achievement of these years is the independence. "Our achievements are Artsakh, the army, I am proud of", Ter-Tadevosyan said.
