YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS:
Azerbaijan's response to the developments in the Middle East may be understood but it is also clear that it does not have much power to have essential impact on those processes, director of Caucasus institute Alexander Iskandaryan said, adding that sharpening the Turkish-Israeli relations is not beneficial for Azerbaijan.
"Azerbaijan keeps close relations with Israel. At the same time the Azerbaijani lobby in the world is being "operated" by Jewish who were born in Azerbaijan and today are defending the interests of that country", Iskandaryan said, adding that it is difficult for Azerbaijan to tolerate its ally's (Turkey's) tactics against its strategic partner Israel.
