Galust Sahakyan: The Dialogue lifted ANC from bog

The moment of polarization in the political field has already gone, head of the Republican Party's faction Galust Sahakyan told a news conference today. He pointed out that the dialogue is a way to find solutions to the issues created in the country, thus the Armenian National Congress must stop forwarding accusations. "The dialogue lifted the ANC from bog as the latter tried to overcome the complex of tough opposition", Sahakyan noted.

"I think that dialogue is a permanent phenomenon as there are always forces having opposite opinion," he said.

Referring to the decision of the ANC to explain the suspension of the dialogue with not lifting the detention of ANC activist Tigran Arakelyan, Sahakyan said it is the issue of the court and not the coalition or the ANC. "It was just a reason to stop the talks", he stressed.

The ARP faction's leader said the political summer for quite active as the political forces clarified their positions taking into consideration the coming elections.
