Kiro Manoyan Says Turkey Connects Regulation of Armenian-Turkish Relations with NK Issue

Turkey's current stance shows that the country connects the regulation of the Armenian-Turkish relations with the resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh issue, says Kiro Manoyan, head of the ARF Office of Armenian Cause and Political Affairs.

"It is necessary to recall the protocols, otherwise Turkey with various tricks will tend to show to the world that some progress is recorded in the Armenian-Turkish relations, however it is evidently not so," he said.
