John Prescott fails to arrive in Armenia because of technical reasons

YEREVAN, JULY 20, ARMENPRESS:

The co-rapporteur of the PACE Monitoring Committee on the Armenian Affairs John Prescott has not arrived in Armenia because of technical reasons only, chairwoman of the European Integration Standing Committee of the NA Naira Zohrabyan told Armenpress, noting that the other co-rapporteur Axel Fischer is in Yerevan.

Zohrabyan said according to Fischer the train that was to take Prescott to the airport was late and the co-rapporteur did not manage to reach his flight.
