YEREVAN, JULY 20, ARMENPRESS:

Political coalition-Armenian National Congress dialogue forms important culture in Armenia, member of the Republican party's parliamentary faction Gagik Minasyan said at a news conference today, adding that if the will was bigger the potential of the parties may be used in the favor of the state, people.

"It is extremely complicated issue. In the post-soviet country this culture is not formed: it already shows what difficult issues we want to solve", Minasyan said. According to him, in all the western countries this approach is enrooted. There it is possible to witness a situation when political forces having extremely opposite positions meet even if there is no possibility of rapprochement of positions even for a millimeter. Minasyan said they do not take into consideration the confrontation, collapsing approaches. They are trying to apply the existing potential for the sake of the state.

"It is the most complicated issue. We are full of hope that with the manifestation of kind will, the new institute will be brought to life", Minasyan said.

Member of the ARF faction Artsvik Minasyan noted that the two political forces understand quite well that there cannot be snap elections. He said it is outside of the logic.

"If we are speaking about tolerance, uniting of the pan-national potential, elimination of hostility, joint confrontation of challenges the country faces, why only two of them speak, why they isolated the other forces, why the ANC throws dust on the other opposition forces, who are trying to present a different position", ARF representative added.

The parliamentarian noted that the coalition forces are quite intensively cooperating with the parliamentary forces. One of the goals of the dialogue is formation of new platform for the extra-parliamentary forces.
