Davit Babayan: Ilham Aliyev’s statement the continuation of provocative actions of Azerbaijan

The statement of the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is the continuation of provocative actions of Azerbaijan, head of the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President Davit Babayan said speaking to Armenpress.

"What else must we talk about with Azerbaijan", Babayan said.

According to him, the Artsakh conflict has two main issues – status issue and issues relating to the borders of Artsakh and Azerbaijan. "The other issues stem from the mentioned ones. But when Azerbaijan states that these issues have not been discussed, an extraordinary situation appears. What must we discuss, may be the issue how to become part of Azerbaijan? It is not only absurd but a vicious lie", Babayan stressed.
