David Jamalyan Says Azerbaijan Cannot Give Reasons for Sadistic Imagination of Those Who Develop Its Propaganda Theses

YEREVAN, JULY 15, ARMENPRESS:

From early morning the Azerbaijani mass media have been full of news on the death of a 13-year-old girl. A girl is reported to be killed by a bomb blast prepared by the Armenian armed forces. According to Azerbaijani sources, the bomb was placed in a toy-dog.

The Azerbaijani mass media report that the Armenian armed forces threw the toy in Tovuzchay-Tavush River, which is near the Azerbaijani village of Alibeyli. A girl, playing near the river, found the toy and died of the blast, and her mother was seriously injured.

"It is the third time the Azerbaijanis make children's deaths a propaganda scenario and put them into circulation," says Davit Jamalyan, military expert, psychologist.

Commenting on the news by the Azerbaijani mass media, Davit Jamalyan said in an interview with Armenpress that the previous two cases were a little bit rational. At the beginning of March there appeared some news, according which the Armenian side killed a child in the village of Akna. "There is a rational shred in this lie, as the Azerbaijani village is not far from our defense posts, so people not aware of this all might believe that the Armenians could shoot and kill a child. Just through going deeper in the events one may be sure that such a thing was impossible to happen," Davit Jamalyan said.

This time the Azerbaijanis say it is difficult to imagine that the Armenians placed a bomb in a toy and threw it in the river. "This is difficult to imagine: Tavush River is a small, yet abounding in water river, and it is less possible that the bomb managed not to blast when clashing with rocks and then went down the river for 1 km," the expert said.

Davit Jamalyan says the issue is also psychological. "Why should the Armenian party do such a thing? What would it give us? What would be our benefit? Why should we make us vulnerable for the Azerbaijani propaganda and grant them a cause to throw stones at us," Davit Jamalyan said.

The military expert says Azerbaijan cannot prove any rational argument to ground for the irrational, sadistic and perverted imagination of those, who develop its propaganda theses.
