The intensive discussions over the Artsakh issue are agreed with the pressures of the international community, deputy chairman of the "European Integration" organization, political analyst Manvel Ghumashyan told a news conference today. Referring to the meeting in Kazan noted that it differs from previous ones with the statement of Azerbaijan that it does not want any changes but wants preservation of the status-quo. The analyst said this wish stems from the interests of the Aliyev's clan.
Ghumashyan said after the Kazan meeting it became clear that everyone and first of all the mediators seek changes in the conflict settlement process. In this respect the political analyst convinced that the co-chairs will do everything possible for signing a document over the NK issue by the end of the year.
