Sergey Lavrov Says Speculation on Changing Format of Regulation of NK Issue Ineffective

"I do not think that at the current decisive moment the speculation on changing the format of mediation is ineffective, RF Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said today at a joint news conference with RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Armenpress reports citing the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry that Sergey Lavrov said such statements create an illusion that changing the mediation format will lead to a change in the conflict's content. "This also refers to other situations, for instance, there is a speculation on changing the format of the Dniester conflict," the minister said. He added that the existence of a political will by the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is quite important.
