Classes in high schools to start at 8.30, in universities at 9.30

YEREVAN, JULY 1, ARMENPRESS:

The classes in high schools from September 1 will start at 8.30 and in universities at 9.30. Education and Science Minister Armen Ashotyan said at a news conference today it is the response to the request of the Yerevan City Hall aimed at easing the traffic jams in the central sectors of the capital.

"We will also change the working hours in the educational establishments functioning under our subordination trying to help the town, the mayor make our town breath freely in mornings and people get their working place easily", Ashotyan said.
