Arsen Lokyan Rector of RA State Management Academy

YEREVAN, JUNE 27, ARMENPRESS:

The board of "The Republic of Armenia State Management Academy" SNCO held today a session. Garnik Isaghulyan, board president, chaired the session.

An official from the State Management Academy reported Armenpress that the issue of electing the academy's rector was on the agenda. Arsen Baghdasar Lokyan was nominated a candidate of the rector in an open competition within a prescribed timeframe. During the session the candidate presented the concept of the Academy's development and reforms, as well as answered the board members' questions.

After board members' reports on the rector's candidacy, a commission for calculation was formed and a closed vote followed. The commission summarized the results of the vote. The 20 members of the board unanimously elected Arsen Lokyan rector of the RA State Management Academy.
