Azerbaijan is not going for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict: the practice has showed it, head of central information department of the NKR's president's staff Davit Babayan told Armenpress referring to the speech of Azerbaijani president at the military parade held in Baku.
"In his speech Aliev stated that the war has not ended yet, only the first stage has been completed as well as noted as if Artsakh is Azerbaijani land and they are going to return "their" lands", Babayan stated.
"All this statements show the main, chief essence of that state and from it we may conclude that if Azerbaijan's security system weakens, they will by all means try to make use of the circumstance, thus we must not allow it", Babayan stated.
